Dearest colleagues,

On the occasion of 14^th year anniversary of our company, on behalf of BOD and management team of our Family, I would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to your contribution, effort, engagement and love given to our Family through years. With you, we have acted together to turn our family to one of the leading logistics companies in Vietnam; and step by step we show our effort in oversea markets with our beloved members from Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, India, Taiwan and more to come.

With joint efforts from all of our members, we can see an image of a global company in the future. Many of you will put a question, how we can compete with other and what we are different from. However, if you look back the history, all global logistics company also started from small scale and they persist on their way with love, now they are. We have a strong ambition, a consistent willing and desire to build and grow up our Family, our united knowledge and innovation, especially, our love to our Family, our love to our colleagues and our warm heart for customer with customized caring. All our activities are for customers’ delight, for their growth and our growth. Let’s follow” a Big company, strong desire and excellent services”. We could not grow without services business mind, all internal obstacles and bureaucracy must be removed. We must serve our customer in flexibility, proactivity, and responsibility for them. We must serve our right customers at the way and mind that we could not exist without them. We can develop our family and ourselves only when all of us can innovate ourselves and are consistent with our goals and services orientation on every single act from each position.

In 2018, we welcome our new members to be onboard on our group, especially from new offices as Amata, Ha Nam and Taiwan as well as new teams in corporate office which are under construction including Trans Pacific Team, Project Team and Key Account Team. All shall create a bigger move for our Family.

To continue and cope with the fast increase in the running cost, fierce and unfair competition, technology and customer behavior changes create both challenges and new momentum for stable growth of our company, we need to integrate all business units into a strong system with high productivity. We need to act together to build a good working environment eliminating the border of units and location, to be sensitive enough to be aware of risks and threats from outside business environment and give suitable solutions, an environment where every position should know how and who to contact when meeting difficulty, where everyone in management team must be a real leader to lead, to instruct, assist and side by side with his members without a lack sense of responsibility. No bossy management style is in our family, only leader exists who will encourage their teams and each team member to promote.

Above all, let’s act and change to be a real part of our Family and make it forward faster and stably.

I wish all of us shall have a warm feeling, be proud of what we have achieved together and continue our path to be a global company with excellent people and services.
