A ceremony took place on the night of June 16 at Noi Bai International Airport to receive the batch of nearly one million doses of Covid-19 vaccine donated to Vietnam by the Japanese Government to contribute to the prevention of the Covid-19 epidemic. According to a representative of the Ministry of Health, on June 17, 2021, 800,000 doses of vaccine from this gift are delivered to Ho Chi Minh city (this city intends to inject all of these 800,000 doses within one week) and the remaining 200,000 doses are delivered to two hotspots Bac Giang and Bac Ninh.
